If you think you are going trough a difficult case with INZ I can in experience recommend to have a consultation with Idesi legal. They were recommended to me by a friend after I had no success using other immigration lawyers and advisers. I have been with them for the last 4 years and they made possible something that I thought is imposiible. Few years ago I got denied a student visa. I then asked INZ for reconsideration and it was also unsuccessful. I had to then leave NZ not being successfull using the previous immigration layers and was then advised to go back overseas and wait there some months and then try again.
Covid became a pandemic few days after my return back overseas and that left me stuck in my country for 2 and half years. When things got better I applied again for a new visa and it was again unsuccessful. I was very discouraged and felt like giving up on trying again. It took me a long time to proccess the rejection. I was looking for a solution and remembered a friend recommend Idesi Legal to me. I had an on line meeting with Kamil and her team and discused my situation with them.
David started working on my case in the begining and when the borders opened after Covid protocol i received a visitors visa and was allowed back to be with my fiance in NZ again. Once i was back in NZ David started the process to get me on a partners work visa and that was also successful.
The process was not over yet as my work visa was only valid for 1 year. David handed over to Sanchi and she started the process to help me receive my resident visa. At some point Charm took over my case and with diligence and persistence continued working on my case untill it was succesfull. In so many different ways my case was so complicated and difficult but not impossible. Kamil and her team always very proffesional and advising the best for me.
